1. Enter Your Details

After clicking on the above link, you will reach the Pepperfry seller page. On the right-hand side, you will see a registration form to become a seller with Pepperfry. Enter your personal details there like Your name, email, and Phone number, and create a strong password. Verify your phone number with OTP received on your number. After that enter your pin code, State, and city.

2. Enter Your Company Details

Company details

This time enter your company details on Pepperfry. Enter your company name, registered company address, Business phone number, GST number and select the category that you are interested in.

3. Catalogue & Agreement

Upload your product catalogue. Upload your catalogue only in zip files up to 15MB limit. After uploading catalogue read the service agreement and check the box to see if you agree with the policies. Click on register button.

4. Activate Your Account

After clicking on the register button, it is time to activate your account. Pepperfry has sent a mail to activate your account by clicking on the activation link.

5. Entre KYC Details

Now it’s time to enter your KYC details to successfully launch your store. Submit KYC documents to prove your identity. Your have to submit the following details:

GST Number and GST Document
Pan Number and Pan Document
TAN number and TAN Document

You have submitted all these documents with proper identity proofs so that Pepperfry can verify your authenticity.

KYC Procedure

In order for you to receive your due remittance, the KYC process is required to verify your identity and confirm the bank account details you provided.
If either of the following conditions is met, you will be required to complete the KYC process:

Your total business through Pepperfry sales is equal to or greater than 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), calculated from the day you registered; or You have completed three months as an active seller on Pepperfry.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in subsequent remittances being frozen until we receive and validate the required documents.
The documents you submit must correspond to and validate the information you provide on the merchant dashboard on the website.

7. Fill your Bank Details

After successfully providing KYC enter your bank details to receive payments from Pepperfry. Add a Beneficiary name( It should be the same as in bank records) . Add bank account number, IFSC code. After all this you have to upload a cancel cheque and then click on submit.

That’s all you have to do for creating a seller account on Pepperfry. When you finish this, Pepperfry managers will contact you shortly to continue the process.
