Flipkart launches a new dedicated virtual shop “Flipverse ” for experiencing a new world of shopping. The launch took place from the Bengaluru headquarters. The Flipverse program began on October 17 and will end on October 23.. This metaverse style of the Flipverse program allows users to experience the product in a 3d setting style. Flipverse will be available in the Flipkart Android app’s FireDrops section.
What is Flipverse?
Flipkart started a new program called Flipverse. It provides the users with a 3d experience of shopping. This program is started on a pilot basis and allows users to access super coins, digital collectibles(Non-Fungible Tokens) & Brands.
Initially, Flipverse will feature home appliances, fashion, sports gear, wearable items & cosmetics. Several brands joined hands with Flipkart to make this program successful. Under Flipverse, nearly 15 brands and 100 products are displayed. Brands that contributed to the Flipverse program are Puma.
